We ship across Pakistan with standard courier partners. Every order is packed at our Johar Town store in Lahore. Once the parcel is handed over, you get a tracking number by email or SMS.
Add items to your cart, open Checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If anything looks wrong, write to support@thegadgetslab.com or call +92 310 5869306 before the parcel leaves.
Lahore deliveries are usually 1–2 working days. Other cities typically take 2–5 working days, depending on the courier. We pack during store hours, 11am to 7pm.
All orders leave The Gadgets Lab at PIA Road, Near Pizza Online, Johar Town, Lahore. You can also collect from the same counter if you prefer to pick up.
Email support@thegadgetslab.com with your order number and the new address while the order is still processing. After it has shipped we cannot redirect the parcel, but we will help you contact the courier.
