Return window

Most unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery (or the day you collect from our Lahore store). Contact us before sending anything back so we can approve the return and share the correct address.

Eligible items

• Items that are unused, undamaged, and include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
• Defective or wrong items received — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video where possible.

Non-returnable items

• Opened hygiene-sensitive products (for example in-ear earbuds) unless defective.
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or modification.
• Clearance or final-sale products marked non-returnable at purchase.

Exchanges

If you need a different model or colour, contact us promptly. Exchanges depend on stock availability. You may also return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order on our shop.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect a returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If your parcel has already shipped, please refer to the return steps above once it arrives.

How to start a return

1. Email support@thegadgetslab.com or use our contact form with your order number.
2. Describe the issue and attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Wait for return approval and packing instructions before couriering the product.
